hydrate by adding a 1:2 ratio of 1 tbs of pico to 2 tbs of water.. let sit and stir occasionally to hydrate evenly for around 5 minutes

freeze dried garlic has a powerful flavor profile. comes in 1/2 pint size mylar bag. can be used in dishes, ground into garlic power, or eaten solo.....if you dare. (do not recommend eating solo, the spice heat notes creep up fast, kinda acts like wasabi )
